2004 PINOT NOIR VALHALLA VINEYARD NAPA VALLEY

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
A collaboration of four people: Art and Gus Anderson, along with the support of their wives, Elaine and Phyllis. Their friendship dates over 50 years. Valhalla Vineyard was planted over 20 years ago with a grand cru burgundy clone brought to the United States in the early part of the 20th Century. Medium to dark ruby color with a nose of red cherries, blackberry and oriental 5-spice. The cherries and blackberries carry over into the flavors in the mouth. The wine has an outstanding freshness that lingers in the mouth along with the sweet tannins.
